What’s in it?
Billings Only Comprehensive Climbing Center

We have been alive and kicking since February of 2005 with the goal of establishing ourselves here at SteepWorld as a Comprehensive Climbing Center, through our; facilities, product offerings and expertise. We strive to establish and maintain this reputation by providing a comfortable inviting atmosphere where our customers/members can: climb, train, learn, shop and connect.

Hours:
Noon - 9 PM M - F
10 AM - 6 PM Saturday

Our After School Program Is Designed To Train And Entertain

What it is:
Staffed climbing time in the gym, with all required equipment provided. Our staff will train and entertain your kids (and you if you’d like) while getting some great exercise. While SteepWorld is primarily a bouldering gym (Short hard climbing without ropes) our facility is set up to teach the basic rope techniques necessary for safe climbing. Our instruction is based each session on what the students want/need to learn. Once the basic rope handling skills (belay, rappell) are acquired our focus subtly shifts somewhat to strength and conditioning while maintaining the joy of moving around in the steep world. Ok, ok, we let them swing around on the ropes a little too! Those who display an aptitude beyond what our ASP has to offer hopefully will join the SteepTeam.

The details:
3:30 - 5:00 pm Wednesday and Friday at SteepWorld.

Schedule is bases on School District 2 schedule. If school is out there will be no ASP that day. Passes do not carry over from one school year to the next.

Cost:

  • 1 time sampler $15
  • 4 visit pass $50
  • 8 visit pass $80
  • All equipment and day pass is included.
  • Passes can be transferred between multiple users.
