This year’s Rendezvous was the fifth and by far largest event. The Hound Ears Bouldering Competition is staged annually in Boone, NC, deep in Blue Ridge Mountains. September 30, 2006 - It is a long-standing tradition here at Climbing to aid in keeping Rifle Mountain Park clean for climbers and our combined public perception. Every year at the end of September we host the annual Rifle clean-up, during which climbers are invited to help clean the park and later enjoy a BBQ and party courtesy of Climbing. October 14th, 2006—Fort Collins, Co: The 2006 Neptune Mountaineering Horsetooth Hang is going to be the best festival so far. For those unfamiliar with the event, the “Hang” as it is commonly known is a non-profit bouldering festival and trash clean-up that takes place at the world famous boulders of Horsetooth Reservoir. |
