CLIMB SMART - Joshua Tree - 2007

Climbers' Gathering – October 26-28, 2007 - Indian Cove, Joshua Tree National Park, California Kick off the Joshua Tree climbing season with Patagonia ambassadors Mark Wilford and Brittany Griffith, and Black Diamond athlete Chris Schulte. They and other notable climbers, as well as AMGA guides from Wilderness Outings, will offer clinics for all abilities and manage topropes for attendees all weekend. Evening entertainment includes a featured athlete multimedia presentation, Saturday Night Josh Jam at the Sportsmen's Club in Joshua Tree, Burrito Feast, live music, silent auction and the famous Friends of Joshua Tree mega raffle. So hone your skills, win some gear, camp out with kindred spirits and give back to the park. FREE camping is available at Indian Cove, but space is limited so reserve today. All proceeds to benefit Friends of Joshua Tree, Joshua Tree Search and Rescue and the Access Fund.
