Reel Rock Film Tour - Chapel Hill NC - October 24, 2009

Ascent Adventure Consultants and Triangle Rock Club are the hosts of the 2009 Reel Rock Film Tour taking place in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, at the Southern Village (www.southernvillage.com) on October 24, 2009 at 6:00PM.

The Event will benefit the American Alpine Club. The cost of entry is $15. The Reel Rock Film Tour "delivers the year’s most exciting climbing and adventure films to audiences to over 100 cities around the world. Reel Rock shows are festive events where climbers and outdoors lovers gather to celebrate their passion for adventure. Festivities include the premier of Progression, a climbing film focusing on the greatest climbers and the way they continue to advance the sport of climbing, a preview of First Ascent, a National Geographic Channel and Sender Films series on climbers conquering unclimbed peaks all across the world, as well as the showing of the 2009 Reel Rock Film Competition winners. Local and National sponsors will contribute gear and prizes for a raffle benefiting the American Alpine Club. Food will be available from local restaurants, including the Carolina Brewery in Chapel Hill NC.
