Overall grade: A
Summary: A gecko is a lizard capable of amazingly flexible and gymnastic movement in the vertical realm. While the Euro-named C.A.M.P. Geko may not give you the same climbing ability as its namesake, it definitely won’t impede you. The elegantly tailored swami sports a tear-dropped, small-of-the-back-hugging rear and a trim frontside. The swami and leg loops have firm padding that is both supporting and comfortable without interfering with movement. We found the combination of molded gear loops up front and woven gear loops in the rear to be an ideal combination for both racking and maintaining a trim profile. About the only features we would want to add would be a speed buckle and a full-strength haul loop.
