Coloradan Jody Hansen sent Rumble in the Jungle (V12) at Hueco Tanks, making the first female ascent of the roof problem—and making Hansen one of the few women in the world to boulder a consensus V12. 

During her two-month visit to the Texas state park. Hansen, 29, also completed Chablanke, a hard V11, and a couple of V10 problems. Angie Payne from Boulder, Colorado, also climbed Chablanke in early February. 

In 2006, Hansen climbed three V11 routes in Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado: Bush Pilot, Kind Traverse, and Sunspot.
