Robinson Finishes The Never Ending Story in Magic Wood

By Amanda Fox

9/24/10 - News link: On September 21, Paul Robinson climbed The Never Ending Story (V14) in Magic Wood, Switzerland, on his second try that day. Two years ago, Robinson attempted the problem but took a bad fall and broke his ankle.

As Robinson states in an interview with 27crags.com, "The thought of injuring myself again definitely went through my mind, but fortunately it was not enough to keep me from sending the boulder."

Previously, Robinson spent time in Fionnay and Branson, where he climbed Radja (V14), Le Lent Silence du Moleskine (V13, second ascent), Seveso (V13), Permanent Midnight (V13), and Scarred for Life (V12).

Date of ascent: September 21, 2010
