3/8/11 - Paul Robinson has finally closed the book on The Story of Two Worlds (V15), a Dave Graham problem on the Dreamtime boulder in Cresciano, Switzerland. Nabbing the second ascent has been a major project for Robinson since arriving in Europe in September 2010.

Story begins as the sit start to The Dagger (V14, Toni Lamprecht), which Robinson climbed in November. It hasn't seen a true repeat since Graham's 2005 FA until today. (Dai Koyamada climbed the problem last spring, but began the climb from three moves in, rather than from Graham's actual start.) This marks Robinson's (at least) sixth V15.

Climbing No. 293 (March 2011) has an interview with Robinson about his trip to Europe. He said after he finished off Story, he wanted to "concentrate solely on establishing my own lines." Excerpt below:

Q. What's the draw for routes like TSOTW?
A. I love the fight it takes to get up these boulders. It's a lengthy process to figure out moves that in the beginning seem impossible, and then finally sending them in the end makes it all worthwhile. I'm highly motivated by lines that have just enough features to make it from start to finish.

Date of ascent: March 8, 2011
