Asolo & Lowe Alpine invest in Rep Training

Asolo and Lowe Alpine have teamed up with Mountain Ventures, headed up by Henry C. Barber in a series of Sales Representative Professional Development seminars. These seminars are aimed at:

• Developing tools and a communication process for reps to work in the field with retailers that differentiates the service that Lowe and Asolo and their sales reps provide to the outdoor industry.
• Addressing the challenges that face retailers and Lowe and Asolo reps in the field, with a fresh communication style and business strategies to employ with their retailers.
• Addressing clinics: planning, preparation and effective communication focused on product profiles and key messages

Henry Barber had a 23+ year career with Patagonia and eventually became the director of the North American wholesale division. He is a world renowned climber having climbed in over 30 countries and establishing first ascents in over half of them. Aside from his work with Patagonia he has done consulting and training with several companies in the outdoor industry as well as specialty retailers throughout the US.
