The Polartec® Challenge

Polartec® Challenge applications are being accepted through September 15, 2005. If you are an adventurer at heart and yearning to visit far off places, you should apply.

Over the past ten years Polartec® Challenge has sponsored the most compelling, passionate and original adventures. We support diverse, self-propelled expeditions and journeys to remote locations. Applications are evaluated, winners selected and the amount of the award are determined by the Polartec® Challenge Advisory Board. Projects for the Polartec® Challenge are evaluated on the basis of their originality, credibility, responsibility and their ability to serve as a role model for outdoor enthusiasts worldwide. We encourage small, frugal teams who can push the standards of contemporary adventure and contribute to the local environment and/or culture.
