6/28/12 – Spanish climber Ramón Julian Puigblanque has made the second ascent of Chris Sharma’s Catxasa (5.15a) at Santa Linya, Spain.He sent the route in 102°F heat on the second try of his fourth day of attempts.The 150-foot route, bolted by Dani Andrada, was first climbed by Sharma last year and has seen attempts by many other strong climbers such as Adam Ondra.

This is the sixth 5.15a redpoint for Puigblanque, whose accomplishments include the first ascent of La Rambla at Siurana, Spain, in 2003.
