The Stone Fort - 2009 Triple Crown Bouldering Series

Photos by Luke Laeser - For the second year in a row Jimmy Webb finished first overall at the Southeast’s one and only Triple Crown Bouldering Series held on December 6th, 2009. Webb won all three of the events in 2009 but was closely followed by Brion Voges, who took second overall in the series. Jeremy Walton took third at the Stone Fort. The Women’s Open field was closely matched at each event in 2009, but in the end, Kasia Pietras took the overall win breaking the six year winning streak of Kate McGinnis. McGinnis finished first in the at the Stone Fort while Alex Johnson, who only attended only one event, took second. Read more.
