Fox River's HERA Sock Raises Funds and Awareness for Ovarian Cancer Research

(October 21, 2008—Carbondale, Colo.) Fox River Mills, an Osage, Iowa-based sock manufacturing company, is donating $1 from every sale of their new HERA sock to the HERA Women’s Cancer Foundation. The high-performance HERA sock is a limited-edition product for Fox River’s women’s line, which features socks designed and manufactured specifically for women. The sock is highlighted with a teal streak, the official color symbolizing ovarian cancer awareness.
