The Mystery Ranch Tower 47 backpack.

While we just reviewed the Tower 47, we would have been remiss not to give Editors’ Choice to what testers called “the best crag pack ever made.” At 47L, it’s big enough for all your stuff, but it’s the organization—racking loops, pockets/sleeves, compression straps, and burrito-style fold—that’s so winning. You can bring everything you need to the cliff, and keep it contained without a yard sale. After months of testing, the 1000D Cordura has been undingable, and the customizable Alpine yoke system makes for a dreamy carry. MSRP: $275
