Canadian Mike Doyle capped a superb week at Maple Canyon, Utah, by flashing Millenium (5.14a) on August 22, according to www.8a.nu. Over a five-day span, the 25-year-old from Vancouver also onsighted Rucksack Wanderer (5.13a) and redpointed four climbs 5.13d or harder, including Don’t Mess with Texas (5.14a) and a first-try redpoint of God Bless Texas (5.13d). Almost all of these routes are in the enormous, recently developed Pipe Dreams Cave.
