Upstairs, bicycles are racked for the urban commuter as well as a Tour de France yellow jersey winner with latest and lightest carbon fiber bikes. Technicians on hand will fix a flat and coach you to the best rides whether road or trail.
Canoes and kayaks are also docked upstairs for an urbanite’s weekend get-away to de-stress and refresh, from lakes and rivers upstate to the open seas of the Atlantic Ocean.
The soft goods department upstairs has organic and recycled clothing lines merging the eco-friendly and the chic. Colors and designs reflect the urban outdoor enthusiast passions of the great outdoors by day to re-fuel with fine dinning by night.
Eastern Mountain Sports brought a wide range of gear to NYC realizing that the urban market has a wide range of enthusiasts; the just learning, the weekend warrior, and the lifetime junkie.
