Dogs do not make good belayers, but the well-behaved ones can certainly enhance a day at the cliffs. From moral support providing licks, to encouraging tail wags, to stress relieving belly rubs, a good crag dog can be an integral part of your climbing team. And it's just fun to have a dog around! Do you have a four-legged crag companion in your life? We want to see! Post a picture on Instagram and tag it with #cragdog. If your photo is among our favorites, we'll contact you about featuring it in an upcoming issue of our print edition. Bonus points if your dog is holding a cam in its mouth or doing something cute thing like that.
