Rock Steady 5, “Staying Alive” is Lakewood Colorado’s fifth annual rock climbing competition hosted at the Lakewood Link Recreation Center on February 6th, 2010. The youth competition, ages 6-14 is separate from the adult competition.

The youth competition will begin at 10am. The adult competition is for ages 15 and up will include Recreation (top rope up to 5.9), Intermediate (top rope up to 5.10+), Advanced (top rope up to 5.12-) and Open (5.11- up, lead climbing) categories. Adult competition will begin at 1:30pm. All youth that can climb 5.11 or up can enter adult advanced competition.
