A Yama Studio Production - Last Monday, April 27th, 2009, was the first public screening of Rocky Mountain Highball. It was an incredible evening for all of us involved and for the Colorado bouldering community as a whole. The event nearly packed the Boulder Theater and brought together four generations of Colorado boulderers. The pre-party at the B-Side Lounge was a not only a chance for old-schoolers like: Jim Holloway, Mark Wilford, John Sherman, and Steve Mammen to spend a few hours chatting with today's supestars like: Paul Robinson, Jason Kehl, Kevin Jorgeson, and Matt Wilder, but also a chance for us to give back to those who donated their time to this project.

Thanks to everyone who bought a ticket to the film and came out to show their support. Thanks as well to those who have offered kind words and constructive criticism. Many thanks to the American Alpine Club for helping us put on this event with the class and nobility that Colorado bouldering deserves. Keep an eye out for further showings along the Front Range and throughout the country. DVDs will be available shortly.Visit: RockyMountainHighball.com for more information about the film.Click here to see a photo gallery from the premiere with more photos by Dana Richardson and Cody Blair.
