Once again, we’d like to express our sincere thanks to all the people of Squamish, all of the athletes that travel here from around the world and all of the spectators that who made this event so special. In particular, to the employees of the Howe Sound Brewery & Inn who opened up their house to us all. Thank you! This year’s Petzl/Arc’Teryx Roc Trip 2005 was a huge success and should be used as a model for future events in our industry.

Like no other event, Roc Trip brings climbers together from all regions of the world in an environment that sets the stage for good fun to be shared by everyone. Our hats off to event organizers Dale Bard of Petzl & John Irvine of Arc’Teryx, the event photographers John Evans, Tim Matsui, videographers Laurent de la Fouchardiere and Guillaume Broust and MC Timmy O’Neill. Please keep us apprised with additional news on Roc Trip that we have not reported on, or when you have time upload your photos to Climbing.com’s Photpost.

Until the next Roc Trip — a bientot!
