Sending in Bishop

Daniel Woods repeated two V14 problems in Bishop, California, during a spring-break trip to the Buttermilks: The Swarm and Mandalion, the sit start to Mandala. The 16-year-old also repeated The Buttermilker and Direction, both V13.

Ethan Pringle, meanwhile, made the second complete ascent of Evilution (V12), Jason Kehl’s towering overhang-to-slab highball in the Buttermilks. Pringle is apparently the first climber to repeat Kehl’s original line; he cleaned the holds on the problem on rappel but climbed it ground-up.
