What are the best and worst things about living in Carbondale, CO?Best: Slow, quiet summer nights. Worst: Slow, quiet summer nights.
On a good weekend: I would spend Friday evening tossing rocks in the river with my son. I would climb on Saturday, followed by outdoor dining with my family and a movie late at night. On Sunday, I would venture out on a single-track ride in the morning, and in the afternoon I would wrestle with my son and play trains with him. With all of my extra time, I would paint, write poetry and volunteer.
After work: Hammock and margaritas in my backyard.
Ten years ago: Putting on the pounds working as an English teacher in China.
In ten years I’ll be: Living half the year in my home state of Colorado (summers) and wintering in Hawaii as a surf bum.
