Combine the Warrior’s Way mental fitness material with movement skills on December 5-7, 2008, at Foster Fallls in East Tennessee.

Training must be integrated to benefit fully from it. We’ve blended the skills of movement and mental fitness to create a more powerful and efficient approach to climbing.

Target student and prerequisite: Climbers that know the basics of climbing with at least six months climbing experience. If you’ve hit a plateau and would like to learn mental and movement skills to break through, then this camp is for you. Being able to lead is not a requirement.

You’ll learn how to: • Develop self awareness • Assess risks more effectively • Identify “yes fall” and “no fall” situations • Break climbs into smaller risk events • Make risk decisions to minimize injury and maximize commitment • Fall (in small increments) • Stay calm, relaxed, and focused • Improve fluidity • Use legs for pushing to conserve energy • Reduce doubts and minimize mental distractions • Integrate movement with mental focus • Improve problem solving skills • Reduce fear, and more
