A warrior is an archetype for courage that we all act through when facing challenging, stressful, and risky situations. Sometimes we act powerfully as a warrior would and sometimes we feel overcome by stress and therefore ineffective. This archetype exemplifies the way we need to respond to difficult situations. By learning how a soldier or warrior handles stress we become more effective in less perilous, yet still important, situations. We all desire to be courageous when challenged. By learning how to embody the warrior archetype we rally our attention and therefore our courage. Being a warrior may seem like an aggressive, male approach but it is just as much a receptive, female one. By joining with the challenge, applying energy as needed, modifying your approach to what is required by the challenge, you blend both male and female energies and use attention impeccably.
