The Finnish climber Andy Gullsten usually works as a routesetter. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, he was laid off. Fortunately, as he wrote on Instagram, the weather in Finland has been great since then. Gullsten decided to dedicate all of his free time to working a long-standing highball project located at the Piilolampi area, which was discovered 20 years ago. His efforts culminated in the first ascent of Silver Lining, which he graded 8C/V15. Watch the uncut first ascent above.
