Your New Favorite Recovery Tool

Heading out the door? Read this article on the new Outside+ app available now on iOS devices for members! Download the app.

I just ordered this for my parents. Seriously … (Hopefully they don’t read this before Saturday.)

Massage guns are amazing tools. And Therabody’s Theragun Mini packs a healthful punch in a small package. Use it to warm up, cool down and prevent injuries. Use it while you’re on Zoom. Or watching T.V. Even reading. It’s amazingly versatile.

For climbers, my favorite use of the Mini is for fingers. Massaging your tendons, pulleys, lumbricals, and everything else will increase blood flow and help you recover faster. It’s also helpful for breaking up scar tissue, which, if you’re like me, you have from that old pulley tear.

My parents don’t climb, they bike. I expect this will be excellent for sore quads.

Want to hear more? Check out the Theragun Mini in the new Outside Shop, where Outside+ members get a $50 credit on qualified purchases.
